Third, a "marriage" takes place between the restaurant and the business community. Everyone is a little vain. We all like to see our name up in lights. Therefore, as the restaurant owner has the business communities names on the new tables, the owner also has those business owners, associates, families and friends. They will patronize and otherwise promote the restauant where their name is on the tables!
